With physicians on-site every day, our urgent care center in Silver Spring, Maryland is conveniently located just outside Washington DC and open seven days a week. XpressMedCare treats everything from cuts and bruises to fractures and colds and everything in between. Prescriptions, lab tests, and x-rays are available on-site with no appointments needed.

Whether symptoms emerge quickly and need addressed before a primary doctor can be reached or a patient simply does not have a doctor – there are many unique situations in which the use of an urgent care center is the best choice. No appointments are needed and most insurance plans are accepted.
